1981 Graduated from Waseda University, Education Department Responsible for marketing of food machinery at TK food Machinery, currently FMI Corporation.
1983 Trainee In food machinery marketing department at Tomlinson Industries.
1984 Audited coutses in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management at Michigan State University in the U.S.
1985 Obtained Associate's Degree and a food and management sanitation certificate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
1988 Employed at WDI in the accounting department. Was responsible for accounts of the following operations :
